paulistano is the story of pauline and stanislas, two parisians who followed coffee back to its source and found a new home in são paulo. working directly with brazilian farms, they source, roast and serve coffee with the same care they bring to building a place: raw, warm, precise, alive. rooted in the spirit of tropicália, touched by brutalist architecture and shaped by the city’s creative, mixed, restless generation, paulistano is not just a coffee shop. it is a corner stone where concrete meets foliage, and where craft meets culture.
